Salam peeps!
Akak tau semua orang sangat sibuk sekarang ni. Maklum la, dah akhir tahun. Mesti banyak yang nak kena settle. Nak siapkan projek; nak sedia untuk finals students-students korang yang ramai tuh; nak settlekan research dan report akhir tahun. Macam-macam songeh..
Anyway..
Minggu lepas akak ke Penang for official purposes - if you've read my blog, you'd know how that went (-___-) - and akak sempat gak usya a few of the places. In a few short words: Penang is SO worth it! ^^ Tempat dia sangat cantik, and lots of places to visit. Akak serius cadangkan kita duduk kat Batu Feringghi. The view is.. Subhanallah! Kut tak percaya, mintak Ann hantar MMS satu. (Punya la dia kemaruk amik gambar pantai aritu.. kan Ann? ^^)
I've been scouting some budget motels and guest houses around the area. There's a few of them yang betul-betul kat pantai, and they're quite cheap. Anywhere from RM30 - RM80 per night (depending on room size, utilities and number of people). But, like all good things, they won't stay available for long. Kalau kita tak buat booking awal-awal, tepi pantai won't be an option..
So, this is the end of October. Kita cadang nak bercuti in Disember. Kalau boleh, akak minta kerjasama semua untuk bagi tentative date dulu. And by this I mean specific dates, people.. akak tamau ada yang bagitau, "Awal bulan/tengah bulan/hujung bulan, saya free Kak Sofie!"
I want, "Akak, pada sekian haribulan, sampai sekian haribulan, saya free! Sekian." Bleh? ^^
I know this is asking a lot. Korang sibuk, akak pun sibuk. Akak boleh organize, no problem. Tapi nak kena minta kerjasama semua, ya?
I will post up a list of interesting places to visit in Penang and their entry fees later on, so korang boleh pilih mana satu tempat nak pi, ikut sesedap bajet korang la, kay?
Till then I need them dates... Ciao! ^^

Kak Sofie,awal bulan 12 sy tak boleh since ada wedding and sem baru pun dah nak start.i can't afford to cuti awl2 sem tu.on the 20th pun ada wedding lg. the week after that would be christmas so hotel pun mesti dah fully booked around that time.kalau hotel ada kosong lg, sy cadangkan kita pegi minggu cuti krismas tu, say 25-28dec.takpun ms cuti new year 1-4jan huhu. sekian.

I mean, I don't mind, but I'll warn you now, it's going to cost us..
Hotel satu hal. Room prices increase rm30 - rm50 per night during peak seasons. Plus, if you guys really want this option, then I'll need a definite date by next week, because bookings on those dates fill up very, very, very quickly! Emphasize on very!!
Seriously, that's why they call it "peak season", people..
Second, many tourist attractions that require entry fees will also have different 'pricing' during holidays.. Ni belum kira makan lagi nih..
And Penang on those dates will definitely be crowded! Tranquil moonlight walks on the beach, anyone? You'll be doing it with dozens of other people..
However, if evryone is willing to pay (and those dates are obviously convenient for all of us), then I'm all for it.. ^^

Huhu that's what I thought. tak best la kalau pegi tp tmpt2 tu congested giler. kalau tak, kita pegi lps new year la. time tu tak la congested mcm cuti2 umum ni. whenever it is, I'll make myself free, just not on the dates mentioned. k?

my next new sem is on 20th disember. 2/12 i have an appointment with specialist in melaka..majlis kawin sedara mara end of disember.
jd awal disember slps 2/12 sy bole cabut..
but i dun mind kalo kt gi awal januari ^^ kelas sy pun mgkn tak de lg assignment, presentation etc

Dec is indeed a very busy month for everybody. Pushing the trip to January is sooooo much convenient for everyone I suppose. So January it is. Nanti kita propose date yg possible k?

i'd like to suggest 5&6 of december. Either that, or january. Tapi jadual bulan januari masih belum muncul dalam kepala. Hope everybody can make it, especially myself. heh.
